High performance isn’t exclusive — whether you’re an athlete in a small town, a club or high school coach looking to keep players strong, or someone pursuing improved fitness on your own terms. JXN Training provides the tools, structure, and support to help you move, perform, and live better.

Meet The Coach and Founder of JXN Training
My name is Benjamin Jackson, a Saskatchewan-born strength and conditioning coach with a background in sport, athlete development, and tactical fitness. JXN Training exists to provide high-quality, accessible training for athletes and active individuals of all levels — wherever you train, whatever your schedule, with or without access to a gym.
